Out with the SWINE and in the AH1N1

First there was the swine flu. As we were trying to grasp the meaning of swine aka pig and to relate it to babi (which we try not to pronounce) aka khinzir, the flu was then named H1N1. The reason for the change was to ensure that the lifelihood of people who depend on rearing and selling swine will not jeorpadise as to date there was no scientific evidence that link consuming / preparing pork and the H1N1 virus. Our country is now on an orange alert and our school has increased our vigilance on cleanliness, daily temperature taking and unwell children are told to go home. School overseas trips to certain countries are postponed to a later date. Those who travel to high risk countries will be quarantined and non residents will be put at certain designated areas such as ALOHA chalet! At home, we kept ourselves updated by watching the daily news. Lets hope that this flu episode does not increase to the next level. Continue to take good care of our health plus don't forget to pop in the multivits!!
