AVATAR 3-D - BEST....

We watched AVATAR 3-D at Vivocity recently. It was the first 3 d movie in the world...My family throughly enjoyed the movie about the Na'vi, a ten foot tall blue skinned species and their lush, breath-taking Pandora , its atmosphere is toxic to human beings.

The movie was about 3 hours long but interestingly, all the kids did not even blink an eye, really mesmerised by the movie viewed in 3-d (with special eye-glass).

This movie won the BEST picture award at the recent Golden Globe ......

Farisa wanted a Kickscooter for her birthday. In view of safety, dad was reluctant but after much persuasion including promises by us to play with care , dad relented and mum bought it for Farisa......! we are all happy as finally we got a kickscooter to play!!

Haiti Earthquake.....

The earthquate in Haiti has caused a lot of devastation , people homeless and children orphaned overnight. After 11 days, there was still a survivor rescued from the rubbles. Each day, the news coverage showed the country in utter destruction but surprisingly the Haitians will to survive and people from various walks of life / country trying their best to help the people despite the dangers that there will be more earthquake aftershocks were a reminder that life should move on despite great adversities.
