Hols Cooking session

We made colourful marble cake based on recipe given by mum's friend, Auntie Noora. We measured the ingredients such as sugar, flour and put in the colourings. It was an easy to follow recipe. We waited eagerly for the cake to bake and checking it every 5 minutes. We should have use a smaller baking tray to get the nice thickness.

We ate the cake immediately when it was out of the oven. It was yummy. We had cake while watching our favourite drama Fighting Spiders. Half the tray of cake was gone by the time the show ended. Hopefully, nothing happen to us the next day... he he

We also tried making ice cream not long ago. Here is the product of the icecream which had to be eaten fast before it melts within a blink of your eye.... ha ha ha

June Holidays

We went to Malaysia for our short holiday. The holidays will not be fun without the activities.. we played All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) at our stopover in Melacca, archery, bowling, table tennis, target paint ball at Berjaya Golf Resort and watch movies at Parvillion in KL.

The lego exhibition in KLCC . It was really interesting to build these buildings from legos!!!..

At the French themed resort,
Colmar Tropicale Hotel. It had interesting buildings with French

names and food outlets. For a moment we thought we were in France....

We wonder why there was a Japanese Village with tea house near the French inspired resort....We did not drive up since there was free bus service. We went up the hill via a bus overload with visitors...(never follow the bus load guideline)....he he he.
