September 'Babies' Birthday

We had a family breaking of fast gathering cum birthday celebration. It was a pot luck session. Ucu brought mee rebus and sambal goreng made by Nek Cu . Auntie Ida made 'roti john' , beef curry plus french loaf and mummy bought nasi beriani and murtabak from the Ramadan bazaar nearby. The food was yummy!! We brought some home for sahur.

Its mummy's birthday too! but she is not in the picture as she is the self appointed family photographer. Eversince dad bought her a digital camera , she starts snapping photographs of us even when we are in our private moments!!!

Happenings in September

Its the one week school holidays. We went to our cousin's place for a fun time. As usual, we meet only during school holidays and just do the kids stuff .. play and play.... but we have the 'extra eyes' of Kak Elinur and abang Daniel besides auntie to watch over the children so that mum doesn;t need to remind us with her usual 30 - 45 minutes home time....

At home we spent time watching our current favourite channel 'Animal Planet' besides the usual shows on Kidscentral.... Mum wants us to watch the History channel but its too complicated for us.. our little brother loves the playhouse Disney channel that was aired free of charge for a few days.. mum does not subscribe to the cartoon channel as history speaks that we will watch it non-stop and neglect our studies and other stuff.... fortunately, she allows us to watch kids central programmes... phew!!!

I also manage to squeeze in a book 'the mystery of the Raja's ruby'. The book is really an interesting read and as usual I will not put a book down until I finish reading it ... but of course after I have finished my school homework... thankfully, Mrs Kang is less generous with her homework this time round... he he he

Sis 2 loves the interactive learning on the internet and she will hog the net for an hour or till my mum does her usual 'Are you done ? yell......

Bro 1 as usual watch his favourite Animal Planet programme and unlike me, he prefers to read ...errrr..... the dictionary and others alike !! (strange huh?) He doesn't really like the girlie cartoons or shows like High School musical but does not mind watching it with us... but he can play the playstation for hours ....B & G do have different interest ??!!

Our dearest Ucu has finally graduated with honours degree after 3 years of hardwork, determination and perseverence to achieve her childhood ambition....Syukur Alhamdulillah!!!

Now that Umi has graduated, little Zafran will be the happiest boy in the world as his Umi will be able to shower him an undivided attention...yippeee!! (not to forget Uncle Zailan who has given unwavering support to Ucu)
